Set up E-Mail Account in Outlook Express

Click"Start" button
and click on "all programs", Outlook Express.

If a dialog box comes up and asks for "Display name:
Type Your name how you would want others to see it when they get email from you.

(if a dialog box does not come up) go to tools, accounts, mail, on the right hand side of
dialog box click on "Add", mail, and follow instructions below.)

Click Next
Type in your full email address, example: username@hei.net
Click Next
Email Server Type = POP3
Email Incoming server name = mail.hei.net
Email Outgoing server name = mail.hei.net
Next
Account Name = username@hei.net
Password = your password
Click Next
Click Finish
In the Internet Accounts dialog box
Click on properties
Click on servers
Check the checkbox that says "My server requires Authentication"
Click Apply
Click on Advanced
Server port number for the (SMTP) will show 25 we want to change that to 465, but
before you change the number, click in the checkbox that says
"This server requires a secure connection (SSL)
Do not change the incoming info.
Click Apply
