     of Internet access signup and we credit your account with a FREE 
     month of Internet Access* when they start and pay f or their third 
     month of continuous service. 

     Best of all, this is not a one-time offer. Each time you make 
     an Internet access referral we will credit your account with a 
     FREE month of Internet Access* when your referral starts and pays 
     for their third month of continuous service. You may never have to 
     pay for Internet service again!

     entry box to list the referring party's name.

     You or your business must have at least one (1) active Internet 
     Access or Web Hosting account in good standing with HEI to be 
     eligible for the Referral Rewards Program. Referral Rewards will 
     only be issued to the Individual or Business paying for the active 
     account listed as the referrer. 

     A FREE month of Internet Access is one (1) month of service for 
     HEI's equal to the account the referral has signed up for. If the 
     new client signs up for 1 month 60 hours, the referrer will receive 
     a credit equal to the rate for 1 month 60 hours. In cases where the 
     referrer has Web Hosting only with HEI, an account credit equivalent 
     to one (1) month of service, at the current posted regular rate, for 
     HEI's Unlimited Dialup Modem Internet Access Account will be issued. 

     To qualify, you must have an active account in good standing with HEI 
     at the time your Internet access referral signs-up for an account and 
     your referral must:


     Be a new client for HEI. 
     Provide your name (and/or your business name) at time of sign-up. 
     Start and pay for their third month of continuous service. 
     Referral rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. Employees 
     and consultants of HEI are not eligible for the Referral Rewards Program. 
     Referral qualification is solely at the discretion of HEI and all decisions 
     are final. HEI reserves the right to change and/or cancel this promotion at 
     any time without notice.
