Unlimited Notes:
Unlimited is not the same as dedicated access. Unlimited
users are not allowed to ping, bot, or any other automated program to keep
online, while not actually using your computer or our services. Unlimited
users may not resell access at any time. Unlimited users may not sign on
more than once at any given time. Anyone caught doing so will have additional
fees added for proper business uses.
ISDN Notes: Monthly charges for ISDN and individual
accounts do not include equipment, installation and phone line. Please
call for more information and pricing for the 128K ISDN Account. ISDN pricing
is based on the first 100 hours per month. Usage over 100 hours will be
charged at the rate of $0.75 per hour.
Notes:
e-mail accounts: After the Internet account is originally
setup, there is a $9.95 setup charge for adding additional e-mail accounts.
The set-up charge remains the same regardless of the number of accounts
added.
Data Storage: When the data stored exceeds the levels
noted above, there is an additional monthly charge of $5 for each additional
block of 5MB.
Web Site "Hits": There is a charge of $10 for each
additional block of 10K hits per month.
Domain Name:
A dedicated Internet address (static) is available only for
our Business Accounts. However, we can provide you a domain name at the
same fees as the Business Accounts. The difference is that your web pages
would be accessed as www.yourname.com/~yourscreenname. If you used www.yourname.com
only that would access the HEI home page. This way you could still
save by using an individual account, and still be able to have your own
domain name. The first two year's fee to Internic is $100 and is $50 per
year, thereafter. You can handle the internic fee directly with internic,
or you can allow us to handle all the billing for you. For convenience,
we would be happy to handle it all for you. There is also an administrative
fee of $39.99 per year to maintain your name through our server. You (the
Individual) maintains ownership of the Domain Name, but HEI Communications
retains the right to use the Domain Name for administrative purposes. If
the client requests a transfer of the Domain Name to another Internet Provider,
the fee is $100. HEI Communications will terminate its right to use the
Domain Name after all transfer fees are paid, account is current and the
Domain Name is fully transferred.
